Dense and bright red. Suggesting aromas of plums and violets with touches of liquorice. Full , broad and pleasing palate of ripe fruit and undertones of spice and cedar wood. Long and persistent finish. Aged in American and French oak barrels as well as Acacia barrels for 4 months.
Ideally suited with grilled or char grilled meat as well as simple recipes for pasta or rice.
60% Tempranillo 40% Shiraz
Intense and bright dark cherry colour. Deep aromas of black fruit with pleasant and subtle spicy notes. Richly fruited on the palate with nuances of oak and a nice freshness that develops in the mouth showing an excellent balance and persistent finish. Aged in American and French oak barrels as well as Acacia barrels for 4 months.
Ideal match with poulty, pasta and spicy dishes.
50% Verdejo 35% Sauvignon Blanc 15% Viognier
Attractive and bright yellow colour with greenish fresh perfume of white fruit and orange blossom taste is richly mouthfilling with juicy notes that leaves a sweet and pleasant aftertaste.
