Deep plum red with succulent berry aromas underlined by subtle cedar, mocha and dark chocolate flavours. Seductive finish with beautiful silky tannin integration and elegant depth.Fermentation initiated in open top fermentors and underwent a series of punch downs and pump over's until dry. Further maceration allowed before drawing off and light pressing. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels. 30% new balance 2nd and 3rd fill barrels

Aromas of pineapple, white peach and dusty minerals, plus a whiff of hazelnut. Cool but dense flavours of white peach and citrus with a creamy element adding complexity. A mineral finish with intense flavours that linger forever on the palate. Aged 11 months in French oak barrels.

Mouth watering aromas of pungent tropical and passion fruit, gooseberry, lime with mineral and green fig overtones. The palate has exceptional richness, with dense layers of exciting pineapple, grapefruit and rip gooseberry flavours leading to a lively and intense everlasting finish.
36% Cabernet Sauvignon 24% Merlot 23% Shiraz 17% Cabernet Franc
Deep and rich, layered aromas of dark berry fruit, spice and some chocolate notes. Palate is elegant medium bodies but well balanced. Concentrated black fruit on entry matched by firm but elegant tannins. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. 30% new, balance 2nd and 3rd fill barrels.
