The 2009 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinctive blend representing all of the premier Hall vineyard properties. Selecting the finest fruit from each of their estate vineyard sites and select vineyard partners created an incredibly well-balanced and fruit-forward wine.
Displaying deep, dark garnet color and lovely aromas of marion berry, bramble, chocolate plum and all-spice; the palate is lush and concentrated with boysenberry, cassis, anise and semisweet chocolate.
Aged :18 months 60% new French oak
100% Merlot
Minty plum, black currant, herbral minerality and spiced cocoa. The mid-palate is expressly lifted with vibrant tannins that gracefully melt away under sweet baked plum, cocoa and dried rose petal flavors.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, organic
A brillant straw color, the wine is effusive with ripe ruby grapefruit, lime zest, passionfruit and guava. Rich and layered, the sweet middle palate is built around fresh, flinty citrus oils. Bottled without filtration, the wine may have a slight haze – an indicator of the highest quality winemaking. Both rich in the middle palate and vibrant and lengthy on the finish.
The 2011 Hall Sauvignon Blanc was featured May 15, 2011 on "Iron Chef America" in "Mussels with Hall Sauvignon Blanc"!
