Located by the Mendoza River in the heart of Barrancas, and irrigated by the pure waters of the surrounding mountains are the fourty two hectares of Domiciano de Barrancas. A privileged microclimate with sunny dry days and cool nights allows the optimum growth of the Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay varietals. Only the finest grapes are selected and harvested under a bright blanket of stars......... silent witnesses to the production of the fine wines of Domiciano de Barrancas.

Domiciano 2008 Malbec

100% Malbec
Deep ruby red in color, clean & brilliant. Rich aromas of ripe plum and strawberries wrapped in subtle vanilla notes. The palate offers flavors of mocha, pepper, blackberries, cassis, herbs and dark chocolate. This wine is medium bodied, has a  lively but extended finish and smooth and well integrated tannins.

Domiciano 2009 Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay
Single vineyard in Mendoza.

Deep golden in color, with flecks of silver; aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, wild flowers  and a hint of vanilla. An elegant, unoaked Chardonnay with a velevty finish. Aged on lees, 50% malolactic fermentation.
